YAHOO!/SBC GLOBAL

A. Add support@nishchalsoft.com to your Yahoo! contact list:

  1. Click Contacts in your Yahoo! Mail window.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Fill out the various information fields as you wish, but make sure you enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the e-mail field.
  4. Click Save, then Done when you're finished.

B. Create a filter to direct support@nishchalsoft.com to your Yahoo! inbox:

  1. Click Options, Mail Options, Filters, then Add.
  2. Enter a name for this filter in the Filter Name field...something like "Nishchal Soft," so you will remember what this filter is for.
  3. Next to the From Header option, be sure the dropdown menu is set to Contains, and enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the field to the right.
  4. Below Move the Message To, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
  5. Click the Add Filter button. All messages containing support@nishchalsoft.com will now go to your inbox.

C. Mark support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

Yahoo! uses SpamGuard, and by default it's turned on. Look for Nishchal Soft e-mails (messages from support@nishchalsoft.com) in your Spam folder. If you find one, open the message and click the Not Spam button to add support@nishchalsoft.com to your whitelist.

GMAIL

A. Manually add support@nishchalsoft.com to your Gmail contact list:

  1. Click Contacts in the left side menu.
  2. Click Add Contact button.
  3. Fill in the appropriate information, including entering support@nishchalsoft.com in the e-mail field.
  4. Click Save.

B. For an Nishchal Soft e-mail already in your Gmail inbox:

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click the small arrow right next to the Reply option at the top of the message box.
  3. Select Add Nishchal Soft (support@nishchalsoft.com) To Contact List from the dropdown menu.

C. Create a filter to direct support@nishchalsoft.com to your Gmail inbox:

  1. On your Gmail page, click Settings at the top right of the page.
  2. Click Filters, then Create A New Filter.
  3. In the From field, enter support@nishchalsoft.com. Click Next Step.
  4. Select the Never Send It To Spam option, then click Create Filter.

D. Mark support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

Look for Nishchal Soft e-mails (messages from support@nishchalsoft.com) in your Spam folder. If you find one, select the message and click the Not Spam button to add support@nishchalsoft.com to your whitelist.

HOTMAIL/MSN (Windows Live™)

A. Manually add support@nishchalsoft.com to your Hotmail contact list:

  1. Click Contact List in the left menu.
  2. Select the New option at the top of the page.
  3. Enter any details about Nishchal Soft that you wish, making sure you enter support@nishchalsoft.com in any of the E-mail fields available.
  4. Click Save.

B. Create a filter to direct support@nishchalsoft.com to your Hotmail inbox:

  1. On the Hotmail main window, click Options in the top right corner of the page, and select More Options from the dropdown menu.
  2. Under Junk E-mail heading, select the Safe And Blocked Senders option.
  3. Click Safe Senders. Enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the field located underneath Sender or domain to mark as safe.
  4. Click Add To List. All messages containing support@nishchalsoft.com will now go to your inbox.

C. Mark support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

Look for Nishchal Soft e-mails (messages from support@nishchalsoft.com) in your Spam folder. If you find one, select the message and click the Not Junk button to add support@nishchalsoft.com to your whitelist.

AOL

A. Manually add support@nishchalsoft.com to your AOL contact list:

  1. Click Contacts.
  2. Click New, then select New Contact from dropdown menu.
  3. Enter any details about Nishchal Soft that you wish in the appropriate fields, making sure you enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the E-mail field.
  4. Click Create when you're finished.

B. For an Nishchal Soft e-mail already in your AOL inbox:

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Hover your mouse over the name from which the e-mail arrived. Click Add Contact on the popup.
  3. Complete the Name field and click Add Contact.

C. Mark support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

Look for Nishchal Soft e-mails (messages from support@nishchalsoft.com) in your Spam folder. Click the e-mail to highlight it, then click the This Is Not Spam button to add support@nishchalsoft.com to your whitelist.

COMCAST

A. Manually add support@nishchalsoft.com to your Comcast contact list:

  1. Click on Address Book link in the left menu.
  2. Click on Add contact.
  3. Enter any details about Nishchal Soft that you wish in the appropriate fields, making sure you enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the E-mail Address field.
  4. Click Add when you're finished.

B. For an Nishchal Soft e-mail already in your Comcast inbox:

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click on the Save Address link next to the From Address at the top of the message.
  3. Complete the First Name field and click Save Entry.

C. Designating support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

When Comcast's spam filtering system identifies a message as spam, it automatically deletes the message. However, you can choose the Keep a Local Copy option to create a Web mail folder titled Screened Mail, where you can view all the pieces of suspected spam so you can catch the e-mail mistakenly designated as spam.
To turn on the Screened Mail option:

  1. Sign in to Comcast Webmail and select E-mail Options from the menu on the left.
  2. Select Spam Filter from the Mail Options window.
  3. Click Edit/View Spam Filters from the Comcast E-mail Settings list.
  4. Select Yes To Enable Spam Filtering.
  5. To keep a copy of each message the spam filter removed from your inbox, select Yes To Keep Local Copy. This moves each spam E-mail to the Screened Mail folder.
  6. Click Update to enable spam filtering.

Note that the Screened Mail folder is created the first time you receive a piece of spam, not as soon as you enable the Screened Mail option.

Once this is set up, look for Nishchal Soft e-mails that may mistakenly be filtered as spam. If you find one, forward the e-mail itself to Comcast at this-is-not-spam@comcast.net. Although this action alone will not immediately guarantee you will receive E-mails from Nishchal Soft in your inbox (see other instructions to add support@nishchalsoft.com to your address book), it will help Comcast improve their filtering technology.

REDIFFMAIL

A. Manually add support@nishchalsoft.com to your Rediffmail contact list:

  1. In the main Rediffmail window, click Address Book.
  2. Click Add New Contact button to the right side of the page.
  3. Enter any details about Nishchal Soft that you wish in the appropriate fields, making sure you enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the E-mail field.
  4. Click Save.

B. For an Nishchal Soft e-mail already in your Rediffmail inbox:

  1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click Add to Address Book option at the top of the message.
  3. Review or enter the contact information in the appropriate fields, and click Save.

C. Create a filter to direct support@nishchalsoft.com to your Rediffmail inbox:

  1. Click My Settings in the left navigation menu of the Rediffmail main window.
  2. Click Mail Filters, then Create New Filter.
  3. Next to the From option, make sure you choose Contains in the dropdown menu and enter support@nishchalsoft.com in the approrpriate field.
  4. In the dropdown menu under Move to Folder, select Inbox.
  5. Click Create Filter.

D. Mark support@nishchalsoft.com as safe e-mail from your Spam folder:

In Rediffmail the Spam filter has been set to active by default, which means the Spam filter will divert all the unwanted emails to Junk Mail folder by itself. In case you want to deactivate the Spam filter, click Deactivate Spam Filter on the Stop Spam page. Select the Nishchal Soft e-mail in the Junk Mail folder. In the Move To Folder dropdown menu, select Inbox and click the Move button.
